Refund Policy

How to request a refund
To apply for a refund, please contact our customer service hotline. You will then need to provide the following information:

Your online ID Your login ID (email address) The name of the product to be refunded
We will process your refund request as soon as possible, but it may take 72 hours to confirm the refund details. If you have already started downloading the game to your console, your request for a refund will not be accepted and you will be notified accordingly.
